Push user KYC information to OSL Pay for account creation


Tips:

  1. Uniqueness is checked using idType + idCountry+ idNumber. Each document can only verify one account; duplicate use will cause an error. To rebind, use the KYC unbind API first.
  2. Once idType + idNumber + idCountry are set, they cannot be modified.
